Professional fields are mergers and acquisitions and restructuring, cross-border investment, data security and compliance, etc.

Partner Wang has been engaged in the legal industry for 16 years, and is good at corporate mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investment and mergers and acquisitions, cross-border asset reorganization and disposal, as well as foreign investment security reviews, cross-border data flow and compliance, and corporate governance related to the above businesses. Partner Wang has provided legal services for CNOOC, PetroChina, China Minmetals, CITIC, Weichai Power, Beiqi Foton, China-Africa Fund, Huawei Europe, Inspur Group, China General Technology Group, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and other large Chinese enterprises and financial groups and multinational companies including Intel Altera Group, Vitrolife, Fiat, Sunpower, etc. Partner Wang has been awarded the Outstanding International Lawyer by Latin America, an overseas legal magazine, and has published many professional articles on a number of domestic and foreign media platforms.
